Employees at the Castle were amazing and had great attitudes. They kept bringing in dress after dress for my granddaughter until she found “the one”. Thank y’all for making it such a pleasant experience for her.
I bought a bridesmaids dress for my wife that cost over $200. They made a mistake and put my wife in a dress 8 sizes too big and I have to pay the alteration fees which is over $100 Will not waste my time going here anymore.
I will not shop anywhere else for prom dresses! My oldest daughter is now in college and now my youngest just started her prom shopping experience. Ruth has helped make this both an easy and fun experience for both my girls and myself as a mom! The advice and help of picking out the appropriate dress means so much! Thank you Castles for your help and always helping us find the “perfect” dress!

I ended up not purchasing a dress, but Samantha (I believe that was her name) and Haley were very helpful. They did their best to help me find dresses that I liked and were very patient. They brought me all the dresses that I could possibly want and helped me keep calm. I would suggest checking this store out especially if it’s your first time trying on bridal dresses.
