My fiancé and I went to speak with those in charge of sales at the Carolina Inn. We were referred by a close friend so we stopped after coming from another appointment in the area. Charmaine did show us around the facility but when it came to taking our contact information and providing hers she did NOT follow through as she said. Honestly, the best meal you will experience in Chapel Hill. All locally sourced ingredients that will satisfy any palette. The Thanksgiving Brunch was amazing and exceeded our expectations. A must try for everyone!
This is a comfortably elegant place to stay and we loved it! The service and accommodations were superb as was the cuisine at Crossroads! We'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Chapel Hill.
We were married at the Carolina Inn and we try to make it back several times a year because everone is so nice. It really feels like everyone is so warm and inviting because they actually enjoy being/working there. It doesn't hurt that the fresh baked cookies are to die for!
Tiffany Jackson and Patrick are by far the best employees you have EVER! They saved my friends wedding in a blink of an eye and were nothing but beyond professional. Every request we had they were able to accomodate! Your hotel is beautiful and all your staff is above par! We will recommend your hotel to anyone who needs to plan an event!
Best meal my husband and I have ever eaten!! Everything about the place was amazing! Alison our server was top notch and very knowledgable! The dining room was beautiful! Definitely be back!! Tobacco Road was delish!!!
