After a few text messages i visited the dealership. Upon arriving I found the lot and vehicles to be covered in snow. This was 4 dAys after the snow storm, The salesman cannot remember his name told me that the vehicle was over there go and look and he would be with me in a few minutes. Most of the vehicle was covered in snow after brushing off the snow i started it up, and heard a clicking sound coming from the heating system is the truck. Sounded like a bearing was going in the heater motor. When the salesman arrived I pointed it out to him and he said he could not hear anything. He ask if I would like to take a test drive which I agreed to. He promptly got stuck in the snow trying to move the vehicle thru the ditch in front of the dealership. Maybe if the lot was cleared of snow he might have been able to, thou with the other vehicles jammed in their I doubt it.
He then proceeded to try and rock the vehicle back and forth by going from forward to reverse with no luck. I got out of the truck and told him his driver side rear tire was almost flat. He finally said oh well with a laugh and said maybe tomorrow would be better, and left the truck stuck in the ditch in front of the dealership. He invited me to come back out to look at the truck the next day. I ask him if I bring a mechanic to inspect the vehicle would he fix whatever was found wrong. To which he replied we shall see, and that he did not own the dealership. His whole attitude seem to be I really do not care.
