LOVED IT – amazing!!! not only is the food fantastic but the service was even better! was taken there for my bday a month ago and they are so detailed and really go all out for special occasions! cant wait to go back!!

A great place for a business meeting – So the great thing about the Capital Grille is that recession-recmession - it's packed anyway! So if you've still got your job and you happen to work in finance, law, medicine, or anything else that pays, you've probably been here on a business meeting. If you haven't - then go! Awesome Baby Awesome - March Madness – Offering free valet parking, coat check, and a booth with comfortable leather was a great start. We ordered bone-in kona crusted ribeye and kona crusted filet mignon which arrived medium and was delicious and perfect. Ordering French Onion soup with 3 cheese and the Capitol Grille salad with house made croutons and olive vinaigrette dressing was an excellent choice. One of Philly's best restaurants – This is our "go-to" place when we want to celebrate an event or just eat a fabulous meal. The food is exceptionally well prepared and delicious. The service is perfect. Great atmosphere, too. We absolutely love Capital Grille.

worth the money and great food – low-lighting great for private dinner. the best steak we had and we had visit already Palm, Pappas Steakhouse , Perry's Steakhouse and Mark's American Cuisine. Never Again – We ordered 2 Peppercorn Delmonicos and 1 Filet. The Delmonicos were tough, chewy and difficult to cut, we did not eat them and they were removed from the bill. The Filet was tasteless and unremarkable. The salads were swimming in dressing. All in all, a huge waste of money , time and a huge embarassment while entertaining friends from Europe...... we will never eat there again, a total dissappointment. Save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere.

Terrific service, great food – I went there today with clients and was surprised by the terrific service and food. I had mentioned to the waitress that the temperature was a little warm and 5 minutes later the manager came over to apologize personally and to say they were working on it. They ended up comping our deserts, which was amazingly nice. The food was really good, but our server Merrily (that's her name) was the star.
