Great company! – I have had a great experience with The Building Group. The staff is friendly but professional at the same time. They have returned my calls within a reasonable amount of time which I greatly appreciate. The Building Group had definitely earned 5 stars from me.
Worst property management company in Chicago – Very poor customer service and terrible communication with customers. Had 3 different building managers in less than 1 year. When our pipes burst in the complex did not inform us that everyone's water would be shut off and did not tell us how long it would be before our water service returned. Did not follow through on promises made when we hired them, said they would set up a website to improve communication, said they would be responsive to community concerns, help us improve ... read more
