My wife and I have been condo owners at their property for 4 years. Excellent response from the entire management staff. Whether it be a lock-out issue or basic maintenance, the staff responds quickly and professionally. The property is kept spotless!
I've had experience with at least 3 other management companies here in Chicago and this is by far the best of those I've encountered. They respond very quickly to my inquiries and give me really good recommendations.
We recently had Property Manager Ryan Blair from the building group help us find a renter for our apartment and from the onset he was on top of things, professional and pleasant so no complaints here. Looking forward to having him manage our unit.
