While I haven't yet occupied the condo I leased from TBG, my experience with them thus far has been good. When I first reached out to the Property Manager, Ryan Blair, he was very responsive and was willing to show me the place promptly the next day. The owners were there when I viewed the place, and they couldn't have seemed happier with their condo, which they had lived in since 2007.

I'm a high-end unit owner in the Gold Coast and had been a little concerned at having to rent my condo in February, in what is considered--at least for me--a "horror" month to find a tenant. Thanks to Ryan, I can breathe a sigh of relief after having rented my place just after a weekend showing. The paperwork went smoothly, followups were over the top and needless to say, I am one very *happy* client.

After viewing the place, I was still unsure of the condo, and Ryan was willing to show me the place again to help make my decision. I've received a copy of my signed lease, which he met me downtown to get signed. I'm excited to move in and see how the rest of the experience goes.

We have lived in our River North loft for over 15 years and have had many property managers, more than we can remember. The Building Group's Tom Selimos has been the ABSOLUTE positively BEST PM we could ever imagine. He is always available and attentive to everyone's concerns. We can't say enough about The Building Group and the job they have done to turn our Condo Association around. Our previous company left us with a serious mess, both financially and structurally. The Building Group was able to come in and lower our expenses and reduce our overall operating costs dramatically. The building group has been managing our condo at 1140 N. Lasalle for the last 2.5 years. The management staff at the building is great very responsive to issues. If you are considering an in town place, the staff really helps out out of town owners. That is a big consideration when deciding on a condo. I had a problem once where the maintenance staff was called in on their day off to fix a plugged drain. That is how great the staff is at Lasalle. Many thanks to Jim Wayman in running the building in a professional manner.

I've worked with Ramiro Munoz-Garcia so far on two occasions and can attest to his commitment to his clients. Two of his clients required full FHA approval and although it can be a tedious process, Ramiro worked amazingly fast in helping to provide the necessary paperwork. His attention to detail is directly responsible for one homeowner being able to successfully close on the sell of his condo. Great job all around when Ramiro is involved.

Our building came with a lot of problems and I feel like The Building Group has done a great job of helping us since they started managing. Buildng maintenance has really improved and we're finally tackling issues that previous management companies couldn't handle.
