Bad customer service/multiple postings by employees – Let me start by saying that eiila890, robert468n Caroline789, darylvc, JessicaMck, TinaFJ, and TatumVerbatum all work for TBG as can be seen by their posting history. Ignore them. TBG has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Emails and calls are not returned promptly, and when you do talk to them their answer always seems to be "Well, it is our policy to...".
