It is the second time I have used this company and my experience today was oustanding again! Shout out to Blake!! What an asset he is! He was respectful that he was in my home, he took the time to explain to me what he would do and in which order he would spray my home to accomodate my cat. I dont like strangers in my home, but he made me feel very comfortable and I trusted him to move around as he needed to. I had a fantastic experience with Bug Bloke Pest Services! Blake came out to do the service and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and really took the time to explain what he was doing and why. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job.
Highly recommend. Outstanding service from Blake and The Bug Bloke team, very professional, informative texts on day and time of arrival, all punctual. Blake was super polite and explain all the work he is about to carry on each part of the property, where he will spray, what to move inside, where pets can or can’t go, what to expect after, then proceeded to work quickly and accurately. Will definitely use their services.
