I am in the process of renting a four bedroom house from them. So far, I an very pleased. The young man that is assisting me, Tony Green, is very professional. He was readily available to show me the property, AND he was on time. The house, so far, is great, and I'm looking forward to a good relationship with this company. I'll keep y'all posted! :-)
I am so pleased with The Brown Group!!!! I first encountered The Brown Group upon purchasing the home I had been renting for 5 yrs. I requested removal of the carpet & A hardwood floor replacement and it was granted!!! So maybe two year's later I felt a need for an upgrade B/C every time I requested a work order it was done quickly & professionally why move ? RIGHT. So long story short Mrs. BROWN came over to complete a walk thru with great customer service. And before I knew it the house was painted inside & out every light... read more
My experience with Brown Group Real estate was a pleasant one the people are very friendly and they are quickly to respond back.
I like the say. And when you need something done they will get it done asap. Management is good with people. So come on down.
The Brown Group bought the apartment building Iive in They have been prompt with repairs and renovation. No drug dealers or methheads like the last owner They added security cameras. Now it's a nice quiet place to live. They added a pay at Ace Check Cashing option (right across the street) ,which is convenient. The Browns themselves are pretty good to work with. Their staff is helpful,polite. And unlike the last two owners they actually return phone calls. That as small a thing as it is, really makes a huge difference.
I have been a resident for quite a while now and I love Mrs. Miesha (i hope i spelled it right) is the most sweetest person I have met there. She treats me with respect no matter how bad the situation is. I adore her and grateful for such a wonderful person as herself to deal with. Thank you Mrs. Miesha for all your great customer service. I give you my dear a 5!
