This is my 3rd year with the Brown Group and I have to say they are absolutely the BEST realtor I've ever rented from! I have taken care of my property from top to bottom as asked and any maintenance request is always taken care of immediately without hesitation. This company has stiffed Dad's Plumbing 10K in work they completed � to perfection and was promised for over 60 days that the check was in the mail Lies - Lies -Lies .... They also went so far to say on 7/5/17 that he would never be paid after the owner said he would pay Dad's Plumbing in full on July the 5th. Lies, Lies, Lies ... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE company ! Shame on Brown Group "Steal your Money" real estate. Wish I could rate a 0! These people told me they were going to pay there tab of 10k to my face that "I have there word." I get a call yesterday saying that there not going to uphold there promise.That they owed for months by the way. Not a good trust worthy company!! Wouldn't recommend!! If they lie to me they will lie to you! They have no value of respect and just talk with no action.
