This company claims: "...a commitment toward excellent customer service..."; "...dedicated towards excellence and professionalism". I would say to improve, they need to re-evaluate if they are meeting these stated commitments. I found that they fail to provide good customer service, nor do they provide excellence or professionalism in any facet of their operations.
My husband and I recently signed a lease to move into an apartment building that was renovated and leased by The Brown Group. Just a few days before we were supposed to move in, we were notified that the leasing agent who we had been working with quit unexpectedly. Apparently, she hadn't kept very detailed records because we were supposed to be placed in an upstairs unit but were actually placed in a downstairs unit. These people took ownership of an apartment complex near NW 23rd and Portland. They gutted and boarded up the apartments and then just abandoned it! It looks FAR worse than when they took it over. They DO NOT care about the community. They only care about their pocketbook. They have no problem taking something over and making it worst just to leave it abandoned. It's sad they only care about their pocketbook and not the community. :(

We are moving into a property in Oklahoma City and are moving from Colorado. Desiree, our leasing agent has been nothing but the best of help since we decided to lease the property. They have made the transition so easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for a property to lease, it’s been great!
I could cry right now but the joy is too real! I got calls from bill collectors yesterday out of the blue about transactions that didn't go through... came home and my water was off... no presents under my tree barely any food in my house payday ain't till what the 28th...... I'm so thankful for #THEBROWNSGROUP
