These people have been very kind and very helpful. They are very understanding that life happens. We love Dewayne, we're glad we got to meet Him. If you need anything ask for him and I know he'll get it done.
Dewayne made it super fastand easy to come in and lease an apartment, so I am giving him 5 stars today! Hopefully the next 12 months will be as smooth and easy as the leasing process!

DeWayne took good care of us from start to finish by answering all of our questions, working around my crazy work schedule, and even helping us on his day off. He worked to get me approved in record time. He's professional and courteous, and seemed to truly have our best interest at heart. When we went in to sign the paperwork, the office staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facility was beautiful. I highly recommend doing business with The Brown Group. They made this process very enjoyable. Thanks!

I been in my Completely remodel apartment for a month already and i can honestly say i love it not a single complaint and if Anything needs fixing this guys will come out and wont leave until the problem is fix.Have to give credit to Dewayne for making everything so simple/fast and being so helpful.
