I absolutely love the staff at the Brooks Clinic! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet. Dr. Pritchett is amazing. He's very thorough. When I've had a procedure done, he explains what and how he will be doing it and what to expect from it in detail. If there's ever anything questions I have, he takes the time to make sure that I understand completely. He has a wonderful "bedside manner." Horrible I left with more pain then when I walked in
I was treated like a criminal and my pain was not managed at all in anyway I was given a steroid shot that has caused nerve damage and when I came in to tell the doctor the side effects he layed me down on the table and proceeded to move me in everyway that causes me pain I told him he was hurting me and to stop but he continued and even told me it didn't hurt he completely blew of the side effects of the shots and told me he would give me another medication that I had told him does not help then said I can't give you anythi... read more
