I suffer with Cronic Pain from a accident &;a failed back surgery. The Staff at Brooks is Awesome.All the Girls are Very Friendly and Professional. Dr Pritchett is a Excellent Physneedsn and Very detailed about what is causing the Pain ect. I give Brooks Clinic 5 Stars. If you need relief for Pain this is where You need to go.

I absolutely love the Brooks clinic. For the first time in 15 years I found a Dr. That does not treat me like a drug addict, that listens to me, and is very understanding. It's not just Dr. Pritchett, it's the entire staff. I look forward to my appt. They are all so friendly, always smiling, always in a good mood. I went to the same pain management for 12 years and hated it. I would cry because I didn't want to go and be treated terrible. For 12 yrs. I wish I had found this place a long time ago. I have been to one other pain dr years ago. long waits and hateful staff. Brooks Clinic rocks. staff is so nice and helpful. alot of times I'm through before about the time of my appt. in and out. love it. still u don't feel like herded cattle. thank you for my care and injections and all. our future is good..

have problems giving a urine sample with a nurse knocking on the door every two minutes to see "if you're finished yet". if you can't give a sample you are rescheduled and it can be three weeks nobody cares if you are going to be sick and in pain not to mention withdrawal from your meds. they have a reputation for doing a lot of costly procedures then firing you. they underprescribe and I never say an md except to stick needles in my back and it hurt so much one time that I said please stop. the doctor said oops I hit a ... read more

I have severe debilitating pain, my Dr retired recently and I ran out of meds before I could find a doctor. After suffering through withdrawal after 17 years on morphine, I'm in constant pain. I brought years of MRI films, records from my last Dr. No one even looked at them. I didn't even get to see a Dr. But a PA. I was made to feel very unimportant my pain completely ignored. Well I received a call today saying that my appointment needed to be canceled. This was the first message I have received stating this. I scheduled this appointment almost two months ago. The only reason I scheduled it so far out is that I am a provider at Tinker AFB, OK and do not have a very flexible schedule. I have been hoping that this appointment would alleviate my pain. Only reason I gave them a star is to move on, I had an appointment today showed up early and sat there for 35 to 45 min. Was called back by a very rude nurse, oh this was my first time appointment with them. She wanted a urin sample and when I couldn't give one she canceled my appointment. I couldn't understand that. She wouldn't even give a chance to give one. Was so angry after sitting for that long I will never go back and I will tell everyone who will listen not to go there. I would give them a 0 star if possible. My husband went to them in 2012 with severe back pain. He'd had a head on collision and fell in the shower within a month's time. He went to the Brook's Clinic and was told there wouldn't be a wait and to show up early for paperwork. He was there when told to be and missed an entire day's work because he sat in the waiting room for 4 hours.
