Zero star to this place. Unethical management. Please beware. Don’t move in to this place and save yourself tons of hassle. There are so many nicer and problem free apartments in the same area that can save you tons of troubles. We rented here just for a month (Jan 2017) and had to get our lease terminated due to air leak and insulation issues with our apartment. The apartments are faulty and management isn’t helpful at all. We moved in in November and absolutely love it. There were a few minor hiccups as to be expected with a new building, but they were all taken care of in a timely manner. Management is extremely friendly and promptly attends to all of our questions and needs. The fitness center and pool are awesome and the units are gorgeous. Moving to Denver was a tough decision but renting an apartment from The Brodie was an easy decision. I have received nothing but White Glove Service from the entire Leasing Staff! The location is amazing for me and my personal needs. Underground parking with storage is another bonus at this community. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a NEW place to call HOME!
I've been here for 2 1/2 months now. The apartments are stunning and everything I could want. The price is steep considering a lack of amenities. The pool is small for the size of the complex but it has amazing views. Management skills are sub-par considering this is a "luxury apartment". The coffee bar in the commons is removed when the office closes in the evening so residents have no access to it. Service requests are not taken care of in a timely manner.
