If I could give these apartment a negative star, I would. We moved into The Brodie 08/2019 and signed with the old management, when we first came to collect our keys the new management had taken over. We were told we owed $300+ prior to being handed our keys, we explained we signed with the old management & had signed on a special which reduced the price to move in to $150/total. When this place switched ownership everything fell apart. The manager Doug is rude to people and cut off my exes car in the parking lot while I was loading to go to airport. He then felt it necessary to play on his phone for several minutes. Don’t know why he was so urgent in getting around the car. Also, this staff doesn’t care about the dog feces around and try to drum up issues with tenants when they’re the problem. I’ve lived in many apartments and have been early on every month of rent/utility payment so I am a desirable tenant. We have new management and I have had more than one issue come up since the change. I would not recommend this complex under any circumstances based on my current experience.

We love the amenities and location! The staff is awesome and the units are really nice. It’s a top tier place that comes at a great value.
Openness - meaning the people and the views and the spacing. And yet, with the maximum sound proofing it is also very private. The staff is first rate. All things considered, a true value.
