The Brodie has gone down hill the past few months. The property is not maintained the way it used to be. The grass as you enter is all yellow ! No Maintance crew here yet. If your looking be careful here.
Staff is SO friendly.... and this place loves dogs which was so important to us when we moved in. Parking has been a bit of an issue recently, but overall we are so happy we chose to make Brodie our first home!
I’m glad with this apartment. The location is great. There is a lot of closet space, which is good for storage.
