Eggplant parmigiana: eggplant sliced so thin it was more bread than eggplant. The sauce taste of salt. The appetizer was pretty good and the waitress was very good and polite.
Always an excellent selection of craft brews, delicious pizza, tasty apps, entrees and an outstanding staff to make you feel welcome. This is a very nice alternative to the many attractions in downtown Bethlehem!
I usually love The Brick but on Friday night our waitress seemed like we were such an annoyance to her. She rushed our order, never checked to see if we needed more drinks and when we were done eating gave us the check right away. My husband and I were looking for a nice relaxing night out and it seemed like a drive thru, I think we will have to take a break from The Brick for a while.
Delicious food, especially specialty brick oven pizzas.
Love, love, love the food! I had the rice ball with vodka sauce, and lobster ravioli for my entree, amazing. Will be back soon.
Awesome atmosphere. Best pizza I've ever had in the Lehigh valley. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, you won't be dissapointed
The food was delicious!! The wait staff was very slow. We waited a long time for everything. Good thing we weren't in a rush.
We ate there on a Wed evening. We had a really great grandmothers pizza which was very large, bruschetta, side salad and the Carbonara pasta meal. Our server was excellent and host very pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or a midweek dinner. Delicious food!!! and reasonably price!
Best PA has to offer. Showed up late for the big game but still was provided with a great view and fast service.
