Great menu selections, pizzas and beer. One of my favorite places in Bethlehem!
Went for lunch...2 adults, 1 child. A large plate of sweet potato fries was shared by all of us and very good. My granddaughter's Caesar salad was huge and she took enough home for dinner. The pizza was okay...I've had better, but the leftovers heated in the oven nicely and was enough for dinner. It wasn't busy and we had good service. I would try it again.
First time at The Brick, great atmosphere, friendly staff and best of all fantastic food, a great place to unwind after work for you younger folks , and a place for a good dinner for us older folks. If you haven't been to The Brick, you should be!
Was there to listen to The Hook! First time at the Brick but won't be last! Our waitress had many tables outside where band was playing. She was very busy but service was great from drinks to food!

Interesting place. Went on a Saturday night. Service a little slow. Interesting menu . They should educate their servers to go over the menu with their customers: especially first timers. Pizza was good . Crust nice and crusty.
Best gluten free pizza I have had in years. Our waiter was a little slow to start, but the food ended up coming out quicker than the amount of time we sat and waited to order. If it was not for the slow start (we waited a good 15-20 min to order and that is a long time to wait with a toddler), I would have no complaints! My family also said their pizza was delicious! We will definitely be back!
I encourage everyone to read this and take note of not just the appalling facts but also the restaurant's response. My boss found a large exotic looking insect at the bottom of her salad! When this was brought to the attention of the waitress the response was to comp her salad. They still charged her for her iced tea and no one else at the table who was forced to bear witness to this was comped anything! Awful customer service and I would love to know if they wash off their produce, which I think we can all guess the answer ... read more
