Came to The Brick which started out well....Then, after bringing the piece of hair in my shrimp scampi to the waitresses attention (which I made sure first wasn't from me), she took my platter and then returned to apologize and said that dessert was on the house but that "they said it was your hair." WHAT!!! Are you flipping kidding me!? Never have I felt more disrespected as a customer. I made sure to let the waitress know her disrespect and that of the establishments was inappropriate and that we would never return. Horrib... read more

Always a super friendly staff! Love the arugula prosciutto salad with breaded chicken! I had the penne pasta with vodka sauce last week, it was delish and a gigantic serving, I made 3 meals out of it! The bread is also warm and crispy - mmmm!!! Enjoy!

Delicious food and cool place to meet with friends for a drink.
Visited The Brick during Historic Bethlehem’s Restaurant Week. I started with a sampler cocktail flight and then went with the special menu having the Margherita Pizza, Eggplant Rollatini and finished off with the Chocolate Ravioli. Everything was great, ate too much. Service was great even with a packed house.
Our party had paninis, baked pasta and pizza. All were great! Excellent service, great beer selection.
