BAD ON INSIDE ROACHES, SILVERFISH, water always turned off, hugh electric bill due to old HVAC units, refuse to give deposit back, talking to attorney. Vanessa and Iris has bad attitude after you move in.
Was ok until we moved out.... They absolutely refuse to refund the deposit even though the apartment was left in excellent condition. We were charged for carpet cleaning even though the lease explicitly says that will only happen if the carpet is, to quote the lease directly, "soiled beyond normal wear". They even told me over the phone that we left the place perfectly clean and when I inquired further quoted me the paragraph of the lease that says that I won't be charged. Worst Apartment Experience This apartment complex completely lied about the available unit, the remodel and did not communicate all the way up until 3 days before move in when we reached out to them. How do you not have an apartment ready that you leased to someone.

amazing staff!!!! i have lived at the Brandt for about 4 months. any time i have ever needed anything, i just go in and talk to Isabel and its taken care of immediately. the staff at the Brandt are second to non. i have had many apartments that do not even come close to stacking up! i am always notified of everything that is going on with a friendly email. i hope the management never changes here because they have people that truly care about the residence. This guys are money hungry BE AWARED!!!! I lived here for 5 years the first 2 with old owners as shodowa of cottonwood was great but after been sold to like 6 diferentes owners this place went down the drain!!! THEY are money hungry now!!!! They will try to charge you for everything little repair!! They will not even give you the front gate passcode unless you pay them $50 dollars for a remote!! Easy Living I've been here almost 2 years, everything been great. Vanessa is amazing and I'm sure the others are too, she was here when I moved, anything I need she is on it. Really friendly neighbors, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. The maintenance people are nice, trustworthy, and if you need something its no problem. Happy Resident I just renewed my lease for another 12 months. The staff here at this apartment complex is so wonderful and friendly. They are all super helpful, especially Mrs Josie. Beautiful apartments and dog friendly.

Happy Resident of 4 Years Living at the Brandt the past four years has been a good experience. All of the ladies in the office are super friendly and always remember me and my dog! There is not high turn over in the office which is nice because I'm not having to constantly get to know new faces. No plans on moving any time soon and I do recommend the property.
