Worst Apartment I've ever lived in. Save yourself! We'll start with infested with roaches, bugs, termites, carpet beetles (Didn't know those were a thing until they started crawling on me). Constantly shutting off the water with no notice for days at a time. Had no hot water for a week. inconsistent trash pick up. Terrible roads. Gate has been broken for many months. Loud parties screwing up my sleep schedule. Apartment was disgusting on the day I was given keys... Overall -5 out of 5.
Stay far far away from here! It’s not worth it! It doesn’t matter if it’s new management or old management - it’s awful no matter what. When I moved in, the list of existing damages that I emailed and handed to them just happened to disappear so they never fixed any of the issues in the apartment before move in. The floor plans online don’t match what they are in person. For my unit, the floor plans showed a door in one of the rooms that’s not available in any of the units in that style. DO NOT MOVE HERE The worst apartment my fiancee and I have been in without a doubt. There are consistently problems with the water, and they send out emails stating it is shut off or repairs are being made entirely too often. They are horrible about making actual repairs and have not fixed the problem, we are more than happy to be moving out of our unit.

Don’t do it First, I’d like to say that when I first moved into this complex 3 years ago, I loved it. The apartment I moved into had minimal issues and I never had any problems with management. However, I’ve moved into a different unit on the complex and it has been the most horrible experience. First, you can tell the complex just “flipped” the new apartment instead of actually fixing anything. There are so many layers of paint, it’s crazy. New Resident I’m a new resident (2 months ) and I have no complaints or issues the unit has beautiful upgrades including barn doors, stainless steel appliances. Office staff is very helpful & friendly. The location of the apartments is excellent shopping within minutes.

Bugs and Mold I have no idea how we've lived here for over two years. This place is roach infested! They literally crawl through the vents and any crack they can find. There are also centipedes everywhere inside the apartment that come out of nowhere. We've had problems with mold since the day we moved in. Black mold growing on the window sills, on the bathroom ceiling, in the vents, and in the living room. They paint over it and call it "fixed" and our health has been suffering from it. Great Customer Service The office staff is super helpful and the greatest staff . Lease with the Brandt.
Run You move here for luxury only to find black mold, plumbing issues, and every pest issue you can think of. The office staff is very rude, they will rebuttal and argue everything instead of giving it or sending pest control.
