If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The Bryant Apartment Homes. They were built in the 70’s, have had the worst maintenance history, and are obviously in need of replacement of many things including PLUMBING, ELECTRIC, foundation, and all basics you can imagine. #1 IS MOLD GROWING IN UNITS AND BUILDINGS OF THESE APARTMENTS. #2 Yolanda *****and Tarisha ****do a good job but they work for a ran down apartment complex therefore they are providing horrible Customer experien... read more

September 3, 2019 I submitted my rent payment through the resident portal. Prior to that I had forgotten to change my stored billing information due to my checking account being compromised on August 25, 2019. I didn't realize the simple mistake until I received an alert from the bank. I immediately emailed The Haven Apartment Homes to make them aware of this and to ask what I needed to do next.. I never received any reply until I called... I then pushed the payment through a second time with my new billing information. I ha... read more

I would like to file a complaint if possible against The Hub Baton Rouge Apartments. I was a resident at this apartment complex for two years, two different units. During my stay I constantly had issues that just got worse with time. During the first year in which I shared the apartment with a roommate, we had a flea infestation, we had an issue with the front door and the carpet not allowing us to be properly open, both of these issues took over a month to get resolved. We were also charged late fees because they had mispla... read more

They have screwed up our rent payments since they took over our complex and have claimed that they gave us credits, then had to go back and recharge what they “credited.” I have never once seen these credits on my billing online. And when I’ve gone in to ask they can never clearly explain the credits, the answer always changes. I only had one month that wasn’t the regular amount of rent I pay but they claim I didn’t pay correctly for June, July or Aug. They have also decided to charge new fees that were not part of the lease... read more

I write today to share my extreme frustration with the experience I received at The Bryant Apartment Homes from Trish Pike. On June 30th, my wife and I stopped to view the one-bedroom apartment. We were particularly interested in The Bryant’s one-bedroom apartment, because it offered hardwood flooring and accepted pets. After the tour, Trish Pike sat us down and assured us she had unit 24G available; which had the hardwood flooring we were looking for in our search criteria. The next day July 1st, we submitted our applicatio... read more

Trinity took over our property in Vernon Hills (IL) four months ago, and the first thing they did was to fire our PM and bring in a new one. Then, they started the 'improvements'. The quality of life has gone downhill since then. Worst of all, none of the 'improvements' benefit the residents, it's just a new look. My lease came up for renewal, exactly when Trinity took over. Negotiating the new lease was very painful. The PM lied about the rent and tried to sneak in additional charges for things already included in the rent.... read more

I live at one of their Illinois locations since they've taken over and what I've dealt with today is beyond grating. I caught someone roaming on the property going through stuff that I just threw away. I figured, there's got to be some sort of policy against this or something management could do to help. I called the call center number was rudely told to call the police. I went to residential management office and was also rudely told to call the police which . No inquiry about what the man looked like or even how to follow ... read more

Trinity properties is a scam, they took money out of a banking account I did not authorize them to take, then charged me for late charges and nsf fees. I changed my bank info on the web site, which i gave them proof, but they did not care, even though, I had not missed one payment and was not late. So Tenant are not worth anything to them, only money. Leslie is a terrible manager of the property, garbage thrown everywhere, my roof has caved in twice, dog feces everywhere, central air went out for months in the summer. Like I... read more
