Horrible place to live. They razor dazzle you with views and amenities until you live in and realize what a mistake you made. I’ve had my car broken into 3 times and my apartment broken into once. Additionally there were 2 big Ford F-350s stolen from our “locked and secure garage”. I’ve made several calls due to a faulty water heater. I’m an autistic 65 y/o female-disabled. I was handed a 10 Day Eviction Notice on the night of 3/17/20. I opposed their mandatory washer/dryer installations starting 3/23 during a pandemic. I let management know at Renew Wheaton Center I am highly allergic to drywall dust and asked Senior Property Manager (Nick Miller) If I could stay in a vacant studio while they tore up my front closet - he said ‘no’. Where do I begin. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever done business with. Avenue 5 The Modern Apartments Denver is the biggest disaster I have experienced and unfortunately had the displeasure of living at. Leasing office doesn’t answer the main phone lines or respond to email about any issues or complaints. **Stay away!! Needs 0 stars. This is for The Kenzie in Birmingham. They knowingly allowed me to move into a building that had consistent noise issues prior to me even living there as a student. The office admitted they knew about the noise prior via email. Not just any noise - but rattling my entire unit music coming from a neighbor that they allow to continue to live there and disturb others.
