Buyer Beware!! The blindman has terrible customer service, they don't call back, they don't stand behind their product and they support the staff and blaming me as the consumer for my problem. ALSO - my invoice states Lifetime Warranty. When I finally talked to one of the owners he said it only applied to the blinds they make themselves. Please don't waste your time or money. Save yourself the headache. They somehow threw away the blinds I sent in for repair; took almost 4 months to make a window arch, which ended up nothing like what I ordered; I had a terrible time getting answers from anyone (I finally went to their office to talk to someone face-to-face); and when I asked if there could be a compensation for their errors, they said they'd give me $24. I wish we had hired a different company.

The Blindman has serviced me very well over the past 20 years. I purchased and had them install blinds throughout my house. On two different instances I had a broken pull cord and one time needed a very large blind restrung. Their installers were there at the time scheduled. They even had to take one blind into the office to fix and they took it down, had it fixed on the day they said they would and brought it back and rehung it. Worst place to buy blinds – They have the worst customer service ever. The people in the St. George office have a cake job. Sit around and know nothing and do nothing. They run an office and don't know how to use a phone. Will never recommend this place of business to anyone. I could go on and on , but not worth my time or effort just like they treated me as a customer.

Worse Business Ever – I ordered woven wood roman shades from the Blind Man early June 2011. I was told 2-3 weeks from order date to install. When I called three weeks later to check on the order I found out the sales rep had gone out of town, there was a problem with the order, so that's why I hadn't been contacted nor the order placed. Who knew the whole company rested on the shoulders on one sales rep? So nothing had been ordered yet at the 3 week mark. (But of course they cashed my 50% deposit check.) Avoid the Hassle – I have had a similar bad experience as the others who have complained. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time. We check around for priced on shutters. The sales lady who made the appointment to give us a bid came 30 minutes late. She explained the types of blinds and shutters they had and told us that The Blind Man would match the price of any competitor for the same quality. Best Customer Service, EVER! – I called The Blindman & a few of their competitors when I was looking into getting blinds in my new home. I was in a hurry to get them ordered & installed because I had company coming into town. I talked to a guy that works for The Blindman who does bids for them. Way to go!!! – We ordered some shutters from another company about 6 years ago and did'nt know what we were missing until we ordered from The Blindman. The quallity of their workmanship put our other shutters to shame. The Blindman came highly recommended from a friend of ours, and we would recommend them to all of our friends as well.
