Patient and knowledgable: two factors I loved about our agent. Angela listened to what my wife and I were looking for. We searched and found plenty of matches. BUT what made it a great experience was that she kept asking questions and sharing wisdom about what we may also need to look for. Our search became more and more specific. She spent time with us to find us the right style and location for our future home. We are still looking, but now we know what we are looking for!

Angela assisted my husband & I with both the sale of our home of 24 years and the purchase of a new home. We hired Tyler Kunkle to help us buy our first house. I have to say that we are not the easiest clients to have. Despite that, and it being a crazy seller's market, and us deciding midway through to entirely switch areas, Tyler was calm, collected, and helpful throughout. In the end his ability to negotiate relationships and work with the seller's agent was what put us ahead of the five other potential buyers and got us our house.
