super professional. the local experts. very clear vision for how to run the process and it ran perfectly, just as we expected. and having a team (painter, handyman, stager, etc) is really nice and makes the process easy. mike and tyler are great guys and i'd definitely work with them again. they really earned their money in the final negotations managing multiple offers and arriving at a price and terms that were better than we expected going in. hire the blondes. you won't regret it.
Tyler Kunkle who is an agent with Bizzy Blondes in the Centinela Ave. office just spent about 3 months with my daughter in finally consummating the purchase of a nice home in the Mar Vista area of LA. Tyler is professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable which in this area is essential if you want to ultimately purchase anything! Tyler will definitely be the choice of all of her friends many of whom are looking in the western LA area for available properties.
