We worked with Alexis & Judy on the purchase of our first house in March 2014. We had found the house online and then contacted them. My wife and I used Josh Perelson to buy our new townhome. There is no one better than the Bizzy Blondes. When we considered selling our house and met with multiple realtors prior to our selection, The Bizzys stood out hands down. Their knowledge of the West side market is top notch. We initially questioned their pricing strategy but when our house sold in four days WAY over asking with multiple bidders and back up, we knew we selected the right realtor. They then found us the perfect place to buy. All in, they are the best.
