I had the pleasure of experiencing the Men’s Energizing Facial with Michelle, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her expertise as an esthetician was evident, and I truly felt well cared for throughout the treatment. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Ibis and the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience at The Biltmore Spa. I will definitely be returning soon!
A friend and I treated ourselves to a facial here and unfortunately we were not impressed. To start with, the facilities seem tired and dated. The cloakroom doesn't really have a changing area and they ask you to use once of the restrooms, which I found strange for a place of this calibre. The steam room was old and musty. There is a lot of loud talking and noise from the staff, although I will say they were extremely nice and helpful. The facial was 'meh'. The spa was beautiful. The staff all were friendly and attentive. And my massage person was incredible, Marlene!
I called to make an appointment and Alex was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Superb spa. Just doesn’t compare to the Standard in terms of amenities. Quality of treatments is solid
