Extremely Disappointing – Dishonest Billing Practices I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Biltmore Spa. After rescheduling my appointment well in advance, I was still charged for the original appointment. Despite confirming the new appointment over both phone and email, multiple representatives informed me that I would be charged for both the original and the rescheduled appointment. Love the Biltmore property and the spa lived up to the expectations
The massage was painful, it seemed like the therapist had no idea what she was doing. It's not that the pressure was too strong, it was just pressure on the wrong spots, pure pain. I was crying. The sauna was not hot at all, below 140. Also the sauna and the steam rooms are very small, can hold up to 4 people. The towels for the shower are very small. The shower stream was not good. They give you plastic sandals which to me is disgusting. The women in the dressing room that are suppose to help with amenities were very stress... read more
biltmore hotel - amazing... beautiful property, so much to do... the spa... MUCH to be desired. subpar at best. there's room for 2 people at a time, comfortably, in the steam room and sauna, and that's all there is (honestly the biltmore GYM has better locker rooms than their spa)... nothing is co ed, and nothing is actually that relaxing because it's so cramped the attendants are nice but something is off about them... like they make you more nervous than accommodating, not really giving you space to just "be" and relax we ... read more
Came here with wife and 2 babies, they wanted to go to pool while i have treatment in spa but they couldn't buy a ticket. I was allowed to go in the pool, for my wife there was a possibility to buy some services in spa and get ticket. But they didn't wanna LET 2 babies in the pool, because they didn't purchase any services...if i could give 0 stars it would be 0. Service is also bad. Won't ever come back
