Came here with wife and 2 babies, they wanted to go to pool while i have treatment in spa but they couldn't buy a ticket. I was allowed to go in the pool, for my wife there was a possibility to buy some services in spa and get ticket. But they didn't wanna LET 2 babies in the pool, because they didn't purchase any services...if i could give 0 stars it would be 0. Service is also bad. Won't ever come back
I just finished a 2 night stay at the Biltmore Hotel after living years in Miami and trying to find occasion to stay there. Finally, as we are about to move to Orlando, we treated ourselves. Let me say the the property is absolutely stunning. During the day, and at night- just wow! If I could give 5 stars on that alone I would. But unfortunately my 3 star review is due to the staff. I had the pleasure of experiencing the Men’s Energizing Facial with Michelle, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her expertise as an esthetician was evident, and I truly felt well cared for throughout the treatment. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Ibis and the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience at The Biltmore Spa. I will definitely be returning soon!
A friend and I treated ourselves to a facial here and unfortunately we were not impressed. To start with, the facilities seem tired and dated. The cloakroom doesn't really have a changing area and they ask you to use once of the restrooms, which I found strange for a place of this calibre. The steam room was old and musty. The spa was beautiful. The staff all were friendly and attentive. And my massage person was incredible, Marlene!
