Very nice and easy experience!!
Dr. Shaw and George the consultant that works with him made me feel so comfortable. The office is so cozy and comfortable it makes it hard to feel like your in a waiting room, you feel like your at home! They actually try to work with you payment wise also you can tell it's not about the money it's about making someone confident in their smile!
I just finished up my consultation with Dr. Jane and am looking forward to putting the plan we discussed into motion! Jeanne, who also discussed the plan and everything with me, is lovely! Both ladies were very friendly and compassionate. The staff gave me a tour after checking in which was awesome. I will recommend anyone interested in orthodontic work to come here! I can't wait have my smile back!
I am very impressed by this orthodontist office. Comparing the experience my younger child had with Dr Jane with my older child's experience at a different Livonia orthodontist, I must say I much prefer this office. To begin, their method of putting braces on and making corrections seems quicker with less pain associated with the braces. Second, office staff is pleasant, professional and helpful.
