We love Dr. Jane! She took care of our daughters braces with extreme professionalism and up to date knowledge of the process. Now our son is getting his braces and we would never trust anyone else to take care our family except Dr. Jane.

Both our kids have been treated successfuly with Dr Jane at the Big Smile Orthdontics. The staff is Exceptionally Professional, Friendly and so very Helpful. I would never go anywhere else!
The entire staff is courteous, prompt, friendly,and professional. Angie took care of me on my last appointment, and I really appreciated her perfectionism. I also appreciated Dr. Jane's perfectionist skills and manner. No matter who treats me, when I get in the chair at The Big Smile, I have absolute confidence that I am receiving the best treatment.
The movement and restructuring of my teeth (and subsequently my smile) has been quite a transformation! The experience of having braces in my 50's was made easier by the option of speed braces and the watchful eye of Dr. Shaw and his staff. Very happy with the progress!

It's always great coming into the office, we are always treated like family. The staff is amazing! I would recommend anybody who needs orthodontic services to come there. I was there many years ago, and worked with Dr. Ginzler and now my daughter goes there and sees Dr. Shaw. And over that span of time the customer service has never wavered, keep up the good work guys.
