They really are the best agents ever. They helped us sell our home quickly at a higher than asking price. They were responsive, professional, and experienced with the entire process. I highly recommend Ed and Kim if you want to sell your house quickly!!

Ed and Kim are a great team - responsive, dedicated to your needs & willing to listen (and read emails & texts). Not only will they patiently explain in plain English the weird & arcane parts of the home buying/selling process, but they will provide thoughtful advice to help get you over the inevitable difficult bits. And they are willing to go the extra mile - like going to the store on their own time to buy medicine for you when you are sick & stuck in a hotel room. You cannot do better.

Ed is the best agent ever! He was there every time I asked a question, needed to look at a house, make any changes, anything I needed he was there for. Kim was great always sending me emails to keep me updated on the process, I was never in the dark guessing on what/when I was supposed to do things. They are a great team and work so well together, I couldn't have found a better pair to help me buy my house.

they were very helpful with me buying my first home. Everything did not go to plan which wasn’t their fault but they helped me get through it! Buying a home is a stressful experience, especially as a new home buyer because people talk to you like you know anything about home buying. However, Ed was very informative and helpful. I asked them to help me sell by father's property recently. We knew nothing about real estate. Ed and Kim came to the rescue and helped make a the estate sell very easy. In fact they sold the house in 3 days! They used terminology we could understand and help navigate the entire process. I can not say enough good things about them, they really saved the day. If you aren't using them as your agents, you are making a mistake.
