Ed and Kim were amazing. My wife and I live out of state and worked with Ed to do virtual and in person showings for about 6 months and probably 20-30 house showings. Both Kim and Ed were always helpful and responsive. Ed would work with our schedule, whether it be a weekend or after work. We closed on a house yesterday and it was a BREEZE. Once we went under contract, Kim was all over the paperwork to help us get the ball rolling and negotiate.
