I brought my granddaughter to the hospital today. Shes had problems breathing overnight and thought this was a better choice than Urgent Care. Been in the room for over an hour now and no one has come to assess her other than the nurse that initially checked her in. Not even to see how we were doing. I understand this flu season is bad, but customer service here is deplorable. When all my daughter and i see are people sitting around. We came in 1/29 My baby boy was born 1/31/18 and your staff has been excellent since day one honestly, answered all questions we've had and has taken excellent care of my son and girlfriend thank you ...!

I took my husband to the Emergency Room on 12/26/17 and had the worst doctor I have ever met. Dr. Stephen Reineck was rude and nasty as soon as he walked in to speak with my husband. To speak to any patient the way he did was completely unprofessional. That man should not have any contact with patients whatsoever. I'm sorry but this ruined our view of the hospital overall. I really hope they do something about him because he will just continue to drive patients away.

This place needs to be investigated. They are feeding poison to our kids. They don't care about you. Think God I got my wife away from them in time and off the medication that almost killed her. I made a call to my attorney and as soon as he gets back with me, we are going to look into some either legal issues and or civil lawsuit. I love this hospital. Never had a bad experience here. Had a surgery here and staff was caring polite and never seemed like i was bothering them. Nurse Kim on nights in the ER is absolutely amazing. I didn't get her last night but this woman did above and beyond her job when i came in tonight. Please give her a Pat on the back, a good job, something this is what nurses should be like. Love her work ethic.

So what's the deal with billing calling you sometimes several times a day? And then when we call only answering machines. All the while I'm making a monthly payments but yet they still want to transfer it to a collection agent. How does that help healthcare costs when a hospital transfers patient dept to a 3rd party collector for pennies on the dollar?!?!? Apparently they have a large enough budget to make 10 calls a week to each patient but not enough to answer the phone during posted office hours. What a joke.
