Took my daughter to the ER and they took her right back. Nurses were great. Amanda and Misty (I think). Started an iv on her and got fluids in her. Physician assistant ( Matt) was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Always checking on her and asking if she needed anything. When starting the iv they got the blood work then so she wouldn't have to be poked twice. Will always go to Bellevue hospital. Thank you for taking such great care of her.
Very nice hospital, very personal. They are very precise when testing.
They do not take care of their patients. They just totally give up on them. Do not go there and expect to get taken care of. The doctor is hard to get into see. The worst counseling center ever. Please listen to us this is a horrible place. The Amherst office super or manager is so rude and does not even care either. The only person that actually cared was the case manager. It took us 6 years to even get that going. The nurse is always in a hurry to get out of there. Never given much time to talk or get the correct help. BEW... read more
I called from the parking lot for some help in an all I got was a lady telling me they don't give out diagnoses over the phone so I crawled to the bench out side the ER And called again an got static if this is the way you treat people I'm never coming back
