Great staff fast and efficient service! This is my go to place!!!
Dr. Calvey -not awesome. We got to an exam room quickly then waited an hour to see the doctor. Meanwhile, if you are 15 minutes late they charge you $50. Need authorization? - $5. Form filled out - $20. Missed MRI - $100. Hold yourselves to the same standard. My time is every bit as valuable as yours.
The staff go above and beyond to always make time for appointments. Friendliest staff ever... best surgeon in my eyes Dr. Olexa!!
I love TBH... I refuse to go to any other hospital in the area. The staff is awesome and quick. Besides having a baby there, I've never there long. My daughter was bit by a brown recluse spider last summer and the dr was quick and great with her. I'm looking forward to having this baby at TBH. The maternity ward is fantastic!! I can't say how sweet and nice the nurses, Drs, and staff are here.
I had to be admitted for severe dehydration and vomiting. I went straight from my doctors office to the hospital. I'm a quiet person and don't talk much. I took a copy of my med records and med list with me. I had to beg to get my meds. They were very slow. 2 hour wait for migraine meds. After my doctor said I could leave, it took 2 hours to be discharged by a not so nice nurse. It wasn't my first trip there and both admits were awful. But is is the only hospital my Doctor can go to. The wait is why I one stared it. Our appointment was at four and we didn't leave until after 7. Overbooking is beyond an issue here.
