RecommendedDaughter had surgery today and this was our first experience at Bellevue hospital. Nothing but good things to say. The nurses in the the surgery unit were nothing short of excellent. Very nice and helpful the whole way through her surgery. Made a 14 yr old feel at ease. Thank you

I brought my granddaughter to the hospital today. Shes had problems breathing overnight and thought this was a better choice than Urgent Care. Been in the room for over an hour now and no one has come to assess her other than the nurse that initially checked her in. Not even to see how we were doing. I understand this flu season is bad, but customer service here is deplorable. When all my daughter and i see are people sitting around.
