Beautiful New Hospital New hospital was just built and had their grand opening this year. The new address is 1400 w. Main St. The phone number remains the same. The impressive, clean, state of the art, beautiful facility is staffed with the most friendly , caring people you would ever want to meet. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! NOT IMPRESSED! I am new to this area and have had three experiences with the E.R. Dept at Bellevue hospital. You are left laying in a room for extended amounts of time, rude staff that makes you feel like you are imposing on their busy schedule(which consists of standing at the nurse desk in E.R. talking about what they did last night) and you leave not feeling confident that your problem has been fixed or even taken care of properly. Worst hospital in the entire area!!! Wouldnt take a dying dog there. And anybody and everyone I ever meet or talk to will know how awful this hospital is!!!
RecommendedI had a baby the day after Easter at TBH. Very very very well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for better care. From nurses to doctors. I have no complaints at all. I loved the nurses and appreciate what they do very very much.
I went to ER 3 different times with the same horrible pain. I was misdiagnosed 3 times. admitted for 2 and half days, then realsed with no answers. my doctor for my test results and my gallbladder needs to come out ASAP , and should have been taken out over a week ago when I was admitted.
Preregistration made visit quick and easy. Nurses are the best.
I just had a c-section last Wednesday and was there until Saturday afternoon. The nurses were absolutely amazing and so helpful especially since I’m a first time mom. I can’t tell them enough how much I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay 🙂
Their communication sucks. I over paid on a bill for my son. Never notified of overpayment until months later. They wait 2.5 months to respond to questions, but want their money ASAP. I scheduled payments ahead of time, but accidentally clicked an old card for the last payment. Never was notified the payment was declined. I was notified when a lady called with an attitude. Poor customer service. The healthcare system sucks.
