Having never attended a Barre class before, I didn't really know what to expect upon entering my first class at the Barre Code West Omaha. It was so different from any other workout class I had done and I loved it! Bonnie and her team are amazing and the 50 minutes fly by! I was sore but felt great and even though I belong to another gym, signed up with the Barre Code because it doesn't feel like working out- it's fun!
Such a different and great workout, love how you work on toning with low reps. Great and friendly atmosphere, Jess was a great instructor!!!
Awesome place a new concept in west Omaha , nice people and nice environment.

I've attended several of the free preview classes this week leading up to their opening on Monday. The teachers I've had were amazing and the workout is terrific!!!
I've been going for two weeks and I am 100% addicted! I am pretty sure those around me are tired of hearing about my Barre classes but I cannot help it.
Beautiful studio! Bonnie has set up an incredible space! The classes are challenging and empowering, and the instructors are so motivating!! Such a fun way to workout!
