The studio is beautiful! The classes and instructors are amazing, very encouraging. Just positive vibes and energy. I really love this place!
The Barre Code West Omaha is the best 50 minutes of my day. The varied workouts provide just what I need, whether it's cardio (TBC), burnout (Barre Code), relaxation (BarreRestore) or fun (Barre-dio). The instructors are truly special. I've always been active, but have never worked out or belonged to a gym. I belong now, and after 4 months can truly say I'm in the best shape of my life and have never felt better.
I went to the yoga class last night. Nikki was the instructor. It was the best yoga class I have ever taken. It was my 2nd class and I love it!
I've loved taking barre classes at The Barre Code West Omaha since they opened earlier this year - it's been my home away from home ever since. I love that The Barre Code offers a class for everyone - whether you are looking for cardio (TBC, HIIT or Barredio), strength (Barre Code) or restoration (BarRestore). I love my Barre Code community!
I dropped by while visiting from out of town. Great studio and very welcoming. The workout is tough and the instructor was awesome. It's been awhile since I've attended a Barre Code class, but the instruction was so perfect that I felt like I've been attending for months! Also, having a place to bring my boys was awesome!!
