Before kids I loved running. After kids, not so much. The last 14 years I've tried Pilates, group classes, individual training, small groups, yoga, basically everything. I didn't love any of them until I went to one of Bonnie's Barre Code classes. After trying every class type and different instructors the first week I was all in. 2 months and nearly 40 classes later I've never been bored.
