The Barre Code West Omaha is the best 50 minutes of my day. The varied workouts provide just what I need, whether it's cardio (TBC), burnout (Barre Code), relaxation (BarreRestore) or fun (Barre-dio). The instructors are truly special. I've always been active, but have never worked out or belonged to a gym. I belong now, and after 4 months can truly say I'm in the best shape of my life and have never felt better.
I've loved taking barre classes at The Barre Code West Omaha since they opened earlier this year - it's been my home away from home ever since. I love that The Barre Code offers a class for everyone - whether you are looking for cardio (TBC, HIIT or Barredio), strength (Barre Code) or restoration (BarRestore). I love my Barre Code community!
Amazing atmosphere, fantastic instructors and such a great workout. I'm so glad The Barre Code is here in West Omaha. I always leave feeling refreshed, even after working so hard!
