I love everything about this place. All the instructors are amazing!
Love the amazing instuctors who teach and guide students the correct way to exercise and getting the most out of your workout. Each class is different and new. I'm so excited about the spin and kettle bell classes!

I started going to The Barre when they first opened and felt so welcome from the very beginning. Unfortunately, I put my fitness routine on the back burner for quite a while and now that I'm back at it, the same welcoming ladies (plus more) are at the studio to help me get started again! I highly recommend their classes to anyone at any fitness level, beginners to advanced.
Love! Such a warm, welcoming environment - literally for EVERYONE. Amazing instructors with an extremely motivational, encouraging group of women! Give it a shot!

Attended my first class today. Instructor was both encouraging and motivating. The workout was nothing like I expected (I imagined I would be like Lucy from the time she tried ballet) and was challenging yet approachable. Total body! I will definitely be back as I think it will be a great complement to running and TRX. Wonderful place for Winchester.
This place is awesome. It's challenging but so worth the burn. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Love it!
