The Barre is the best and the instructors work with you to get the most out of your workout! I highly recommend to anyone looking to make a change in their life! It has made me stronger body, mind and spirit!
Great instructors and WHAT a workout! They supply with all weights, mats and anything needed for a full body barre workout.
Love The Barre classes and instructors! I have never enjoyed working out until joining this wonderful group! We work hard in a very positive, encouraging environment, and there are numerous classes and times to fit any schedule. So glad Shalanta and Lauren brought this studio to Winchester�
