Whatever you do do not get involved with the Back center. I’ve been calling her for a year and never once did the answer the phone nor did they return my call when I left a voicemail. These people have no regards for people that are hurting every time that phone rings. It’s someone on the other end that is in pain and they could care less. So please find yourself another surgeon and facility because this one the back center sucks.

Doctors and PA’s have always been great, but the customer care from office staff has never been the best... and that’s putting it nicely. during covid-19 we have been doing telemedicine for my pain meds. I have chronic back pain after a few months one day at 4 pm they called to do med count. Dr. Haynes did my back surgery a little over 2 months ago and now I can walk. I couldn’t walk or stand more than 5 min. without my feet going numb and a lot of pain before the surgery.
The receptionist is extremely rude
Dr. Datta has done surgery on both myself and my husband with great results. Dr. Borges is amazing with the injections.
Dr. Hynes is fabulous. He fixed my spine. Cervical and lumbar area in 08. I have since run two marathons and several 5k's, I am a 3 star spin instructor and quite strong for my age of 64. I had bone morphed protein and I still have some arthritis aches and pains but I am strong and on no meds except an ibuprophen on occasion. The PA's are good and also Dr, Datta.
