My cell phone was not working and the cell phone company just wanted to sell me another expensive new phone. Hector was helpful and knowledgeable. He sold me a good used phone at a reasonable price. I was so happy with the service that a few months later my husband bought a phone at Austin Cell Phone also.

I went in with my phone screen cracked they fixed it but twice after them fixing it my screen went blank , I wouldn't call or text . I tried charging it , I tried turning it on and off nothing happend . I brought it back to them they fixed it and guess what it went blank again . They don't know what they doing DONT HAVE THEM FIX YOUR PHONE .

Sorry to hear that your having an issue with the repair Jenny, I talked to my tech and he believed that the iPhone is turning off due to the battery. We fixed it when you came in by doing a hardware reset. Since it's doing it again you bring it back and we can put another screen on it to see if for some reason the screen is causing the iPhone to turn off. I would have hoped you given us a chance to correct the issue before leaving the review. In any case we will do what we can to fix the problem. Call or comment back.
