The worst apartments ever if your not Hispanic. I’m nine months pregnant and their negligence to the property caused me to fall and incur a fractured foot. The office did not file a incident report nor take responsibility for the cause of the fall. The keep peoples packages that are delivered to the office and tell them it never came. Unprofessional staff always negative and unorganized
I have not had hot water in 4 days! Do not rent from these people! Nothing but problems since day 1!!!! Horrible place! Office people are rude as hell. I would not even rate them a 1

The only reason why we suffered there for 3 years was because we were saving to buy a house. Our rent was awesome the first year for a 2bed/2Bath Townhouse for $605. The next year it went to 635. And then our final year was $710. Before we left they wanted us to renew for $1065 for 1 year lease. Ridiculous for a place that has a constant roach problem, tons of kids running around at all hours of the night and the parking sucks! And it is absolutely freezing in the winter.
