Best Apartment office staff and Maintenance crew in the business. The office staff are really nice when it comes to helping get your issue taken care of I would recommend the work of the office staff to anyone I know. Very helpful and like they say DREAM WORK IS GOOD TEAM WORK. Thank You Artisan keep up the great work.
Wense is awesome. Honestly can say he is one of the best maintenance persons at the Artisan fixed everything on the the work orders. Provided great service. Very pleasant and detailed. We are very happy.

The worst complex and leasing company I have ever dealt with! The website won't take prorated rent payments once you give a 30 day move out notice, but they fail to mention that to you, so when the rent is due over a weekend, and the only option to pay is to go in but you work like any other person, you're screwed and have to pay late charges that they refuse to remove because you should have magically known your only option to pay was to go in. I have been here a month. I love my townhome. It's so much easier for me to get my son in and out with a wheelchair. The staff are wonderful and it's a peaceful place to live if you have kids. At this place you feel like home and that a wonderful feeling. Thank you guys so much for everything that you do for everyone that lives here.
