I've lived at the Artisan for over 6 years now and I have found it to be a wonderful place for my son and I to live! The staff is always professional, courteous and I can always tell that they put my needs as a customer above their convenience. Under BLDG Management they have made truly supreme strides to improve the property, and make this a better place for everyone to live. I live here for a year and sometimes like everything there are up and downs but overall its good. I would like to give thumbs up to Wences, he is an older guy who works with maintenance an he just came to my townhouse and fix everything in a sinch. He has a good attitude and know what he's doing. The ladies in the cleaning department are very nice. Yadiara and Leslie are very friendly and allways are there to help and to answer any question. I look forward of another year with them.
Staff are really professional and helpful. I took tour, liked the place and signed lease to move in soon. It looks like where you can call home, sit back and relax after work or school. I guess it's one of best apartments in Denver. Thank you to Leslie to be so great full.

I delivered food to a resident. Worse maintenance I've ever seen. Walkways were soaking wet and filthy. And a group of teenage boys on a balcony began harassing me, telling me I didn't belong on the west side and threatened to throw the live snake one of them was holding at me.
