They have the nerve to go up the rent when they have bugs, roaches & @$!#...$mh
Two weeks I have had moldy water flooding from my dishwasher into my kitchen. Two weeks of calling, being emailed work orders, hearing someone will come today and fix it! Two weeks of having to smell mold and rotting food. Two weeks and now we're starting to feel sick from it. My 2 year old child has to live with this! This is a safety issue at this point. Probably one of the only affordable apartment complexes in Denver still around. The girls in the lease office are nice and do their best to help solve any issue's that you bring to them and they actually remember who their tennants are. It is a very big complex so things don't always get fixed as fast as you might like but it's understandable. The new managment company BLDG seems to have a much better grasp on how to run a complex this size, but it would be nice to see them start making some updates not upgrades to the actua... read more
This apartments have the perfect location! Close to DTC, Downtown Denver and one of the best school district. So glad is under a new management!
I'm very excited now that the new management took over! Great staff, and good customer service!
I am really excited about the new management. I am confident that we are going to see big changes and that The Artisan will once again be a great place to call home!
